Seems like a good pokerstove postflop ICM spot. Just by guessing though, I assume this is a shove b/c let's pretend he has an equal number of pairs vs broadway. Like, his range is 55 66 77 88 99 and tj jq kt kq qt there are much more combos of the 2nd group. Just an educated guess I suppose.
