Hey everyone,
I've been searching the forums and google and I can't find any solid information on how I need to be playing my 2's - 9's and sc's... Generally in the tournaments that I play at least early, it's never folded to me in the button. There is almost always 4 or 5 people limping, and 2 or 3 of them will call a 4-5x raise.
My main problem right now is raising hands like 2's - 9's, Sc's and AT-AK in late position, I'm getting 2 or 3 callers even if I 5x it. I brick the flop and I'll be facing a raise after the flop... Should I just not be playing early unless it's Q's + and AK and then just open shove?
Getting really frustrated when I'm spewing off half my stack where I brick the flop and I can't isolate an opponent. Or I do end up hitting like Top pair and I'm facing a raise and I end up getting put in really tough spots where I don't know if the guy has trips, two pair or is drawing or has a better kicker than me cause these people just will not raise pre and bet REALLY weird post flop.
Anyone have a newb guide or just some general hints, I'm just looking to improve.

Micro MTT early
Small pairs and SC you can just call and see a flop, no need to raise when youll get so many callers anyway. Be careful with flush draws, donks never ever fold a flush draw.
AQ TT JJ you should raise big, like 5x or maybe even 8x to thin the field, give up (check or fold) if you miss or 2+ overcards. Its very flop dependant and how many callers you got so hard to say.
AK QQ+ just shove, youll still get callers.
