Is not reraising preflop too bad?
And what should I do in this flop? Do we just give it up and wait for a better spot? Do we call and see the turn? Do we shove?....I hate those spots.

imho call pre, c/f flop. Since blinds are still too small and you are OOP, I would play tens just for set equity, but Im kinda nitty early. From 25/50 I would definitely raise to 82/17 aggresor.

Preflop: Fine

Shove his reraise. A BB has a wide range here. U could of course be drawing dead/close to dead here, but u would see top pair and draws here often enough to make a shove profitable.

Dont play 6man much (lately not at all, so take this FWIW):

pre: I definitely dont mind getting it in with TT vs this guy (80/20) with a small stack, so I guess I reraise and get it in on any non disastrous flop. Playing TT for setvalue vs this guy in a 6man seems too nitty.

flop: I really never donk out in these spots, but with the calling station as preflop raiser and a flop as drawy as this I sort of see the point (main point being that reraising pre avoids this ). As played it kind of sucks since BB seems to be a spewmonkey but might very well have it... I might stack off out of confusion and because he is probably stacking off loads of top pairs/pair + gutshots/flush draws and might be slowplaying his nuts.

Interesting. Thx for the input, even got one from a fellow Prague player, nice...Hindsight I really think this should be a reraise preflop...this way I put myself into a sucky spot and I am still not sure what is the best play on the flop here.

Anyway, I did exactly what Hirle said, I stacked off out of confusion and BB called with 69 and made me feel like an idiot. Oh well.
