I've seen this guy around a decent amount but doesn't seem good maybe ona those reverse grinders? Anyone know if he would raise fold here, or is he setting me up to get tarped?

Dunno but I'd definitely fold, hes put in so much of his stack and he will be close to equal with the shortstacks after your reraise. Seems like a pretty crap spot to try something fancy. If he had 5k it'd make a lot more sense to go allin.

Agree with curtains that fold is best here. Doesnt make sense someone who plays decent volume at that level would raise/fold nearly half his stack. Unless hes an idiot, from observation alone he should understand how much push/fold goes on during the bubble, and unless this is something you see him doing often, its probably a monster he wants action with. If he is an idiot, its even more likely you get looked up here.

i had the same situation once in my early sng days. i thought i had the perfect resteal oppurtunity against a reg so i didn't care that i was holding 23o and shoved, he called with QQ and flop came a45 haha..

the stacks are too even to make this a push. If one of the shorter stacks would have less than a BB or he would have a bigger stack, it might be a push. But a reg will not put in half his stack with AJo here i.e. opening range = calling range.

My guess on "reverse grinder":
Regular with -ROI grinding his money away.
