Shove or/fold flop after 3bet. If you call, what do you expect on turn beside catching an A? He will bet 100% of the time after having 3betting you, so you need to establish a plan on flop (ie what will I do when he bets turn).
In this case, I'm mostly folding on flop, he is 3betting in a dangerous & limped pot, he could have any sort of two pairs or so here, and I think he is mostly shoving/folding his draws, but not doing a standard 3bet
I'd raise preflop, I hate limped pot with hands that need isolation

I agree with Nick, fold on the flop. It's much too early to commit all your chips especially since he could turn over a hand like QJ or JT and still be in pretty good shape (that's without the flush draw). He could have limped in early position with KK or AA too (or T9). I would also have raised preflop to try to get a little bit more information.

This early on with no reads I am very hesitant to commit a lot of my chips without a hand like TPTK and in this case with 2 other players claiming a share of this pot there is no way you can be very far ahead. My guess is that if all three of you went all in on the flop you would be maybe 40% to win the hand (against JTcc and KQhh you are 28% to win the hand), assuming you are not behind already. This is in contrast to a Q62 rainbow board or even Q62 with 2 hearts or something where your hand is quite a bit stronger. TPTK is not so good on a heavily connected board like this.

Just call the initial flop bet. You have enough to try to get it to showdown and encourage worser hands to give action, but neither enough to build a big pot yet, nor a lot of edge vs a lot of drawing or speculative hands as the board so extremly coordinated.

If you wanted to play TPTK extremly hard on such boards, just raise preflop, but if you only overlimp (I think it's o.k. here and I would play it 50/50 or so), control the pot on a scary board if you get a chance to do it.

As played, it's probably really a shove or fold situation to the mini-flop-3bet. I will often shove it, just because his line looks fishy and I general like TPTK vs fishs, but it's anyway thin because you can also easy run into 2pair,set,straights here where you nearly no outs have against.
