Bovada $22 8K Gtd. 9 handed. 5k starting. I think I remember noting at the time that the villian in this hand was pretty stationish, but that's about it.

Blinds 75/150

UTG folds
UTG+1 folds
MP1 folds
MP2 (12987) makes it 300.
HJ folds
CO (12370) calls 300.
BTN folds
SB folds
Hero (5980) makes it 900 with KK

MP2 calls 600.
CO calls 600.

Pot (2850)
Flop 43T

Hero bets 1325
MP2 folds
CO calls 1325

Pot (5500).
Turn A

Hero ??

What do people like doing in this spot with our stack to pot at like .7? Should this just be an easy get in as we're still getting value from a stationey opponent from T's, heart draws, and whatever other weird stuff people show up with? Or, is there any way we can bet tiny and fold to jam, or bet tiny and c/evaluate on heart rivers?

I go bigger pre flop and shove turn now. It's kind of whatever this spot.

I would start by raising a bit more pre- around 1200ish

Your cbet is on the smaller side too - if you 3bet larger you could nearly gii on this flop as you might get called by a flush draw and see him miss it.

As played I think V does not have too many high A's in his range - possibly weak broadways like JTo - KQo - he also will show up with 76hh etc - but your sizing isn't great through the hand so your in a spot.

I might get flamed but check the turn ? then all you have is a bluff catcher but if theres no heart on river you should be good alot of the time..

I think 3betting higher is better pre b/c you can figure out what V will call you with - theres around 1500in the pot and V's needs to put in extra 600, easy decision with almost any 2

given the SPR and the way the hand played you cant ever fold here, if villans got some Ax he floted the flop with then nice hand.
so IMO given the way we played the hand with regards to pre flop sizing the question now is wether to Check raise the turn or to Cbet the turn.
if we think villan will bluff with his FD's and floats or "value" bet his Tx then we should be check raise jamming
if we think as youve said hes a station then betting around half pot on turn to give him chance to call with alot of his range that we beat and then we can jam the river and expect him to call with his whole range as hes now priced.

Typically I'd 3b here to 1050 but I went 900 wanting the station guy to continue with his big station range. On the flop I think I like making this a tad more to make a turn jam closer to 1/2psb. Given how I played it I like the line of just jamming turn or even 2.5k/call or something. I wanted to see if anyone thought we could bet small and get away from certain rivers or something but I think the stack-to-pot just makes that impossible
