Villain is an active agressive as I saw in the first 8 handshe is a 50/25 on a small sample, so he knows how to raise, he is an unknown, usual kind of fish.

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $20(BB) Replayer
Hero ($1,340)
BB ($1,500)
UTG ($1,500)
CO ($1,500)
BTN ($1,660)

Dealt to Hero A 7

UTG calls $20, fold, fold, Hero raises to $100, fold, UTG calls $80

FLOP ($220) 5 3 9

Hero bets $147, UTG calls $147

TURN ($514) 5 3 9 3

Hero checks, UTG checks

RIVER ($514) 5 3 9 3 2

Hero checks, UTG bets $280, Hero raises to $700,

Do you think I ever need to take such insane line? I was sick of ppl calling my cbets too light on the flop, so I don't give up that easy.
What do you think the optimal line would be here? What else lines can I consider? Should I tighten up preflop against this loose players?
Is the turn card good for double barrel? What cards should I've consider double barreling?

"usual kind of fish"?? Not the ideal opponent to try this on!!!

Turn card is terrible for a double barrel. It changes very little on the texture of the board and he's likely to call you with whatever he called on the flop if he's the type of opponent you specified.

The check raise on the river looks soooo weird i'd look you up 100% because i'd expect you to bet bet the turn with your made hands and check behind a bunch of other types (+full houses) for pot control (or to trap the full houses, but I might even bet those too for value against this type of opponent)
Your range seems polarized to full houses that aren't that likely and complete air

It's a fold pre or most likely a complete? if they're donators i'd complete, you want to play your hand out of positon versus an unknown fish who's unlikely to limp fold, even if you want him to limp fold you're only taking in pittance I really don't get why you raised it up at all. Maybe AT/A9s?

lol you'd better switch to HU sngs

1) dont raise preflop OOP with A7 (especially when the raise = 1/15stacksize), its just insanily insane
2) dont check/raise this river, he will call it with any pair and fold only air. and you still can beat the air with check/call

That kind of limpers have a very weak range, that's the reasoning I attack them, maybe isn't a good idea to go that loose with my preflop range, I'll tighten up, I find myself stacking off a lot with the wrong hands.
