Ehh, yeah. Kind of a weird hand I tagged during a multitabling session on last Sunday. Very rarely do I play 165 bb deep poker, but this one I satellited into, and had to partake on the first levels as well.

Pre I think we should be raising to a heftier 3x as we're so deep, it's an autopilot-y openraise.

OTF a larger cbet should be in order, as we're so deeper and the board is so juicy. I don't think I'm ever checking back this combo.

OTT it gets a bit funky. In hindsight I'm having a poor time verbalizing what I'm attempting to achieve with the bet size, so perhaps it's just a poor choice, lol. Could probably check this combo back, what with the gutshot and all? I guess the overbet doesn't really make a whole ton of sense as V isn't capped at all and can have a plethora of made hands here.

OTR I like the fold vs the ~2 x pot, not expecting to see enough bluffs here from population.

41 hands with Villain, 24/20, nothing that stands out so far.

All thoughts, comments and feedback highly welcomed! Cheers guys

This deep, pot control is a key with only top pair. Unless you have a crazy read, fold is mandatory on river. Don't actually mind flop sizing. I would definitely check back turn, or bet much smaller if you think you're against a weak opponent you can get thin value from. Once you check back turn, you can bluff catch river bet into much smaller pot.

Yeh, I would check the turn, and don't like overbetting the turn with TPGK and a gutshot on such a wet board. You probably can't call the river, but I wouldn't be happy about folding on such a scare card but with flush and straight draws missing.
