Apparently these days, it only takes a week for Brooklyn to have that kind of transformative effect on a young person.

Spoiler:
If the Brooklyn location memory is correct

When you spend time with me I can accelerate that process. You'll be wearing a fedora and talking about bands no one has heard of in no time

I'm pretty torn that he died. He was one of my favorite actors/comedians of all-time.

Truly a legend of his field.

Depression is an absolutely brutal condition. Based on my own experiences and conversations with others, I think it may be more common in professional poker players than the average occupation. Really sucks that the stigma associated with it keeps people from talking about it or seeking treatment.

The dude was addicted to cocaine for years, a lot of underlying issues.

Lauren Bacall now too. Rest in peace.

Shaping up to be a rough week

And comedians
08-13-2014 , 08:42 AM
What came first, the poker or the misery?

Not that dramatic actors cant be tortured souls but comedians seem to be the "best" at having major depressive issues and ending their lives somehow or another. Hadnt read much on RW's death and didnt care to know many of the details of the death but Larry King decided to lolold on Colin Cowhreds podcast. Spent a good 3 minutes describing the steps and what must have been going through his mind.

Sorry for the tuesday Thundering Herd podcast spoiler.

Sounds a little off, but I think that the people who try the hardest to make others laugh (or cry, or clap their hands, or dance) are most vulnerable to depression. The actions they perform are what hides the person underneath. It's their actions we appreciate and applaud publicly. A brick wall that keeps others from hurting them. Tears of a clown...

RIP Robin Williams.

Just get a hold of Irieguy and do whatever he says. That's always been my plan and it's never gone wrong.

So much to do in Vegas. I'd be a bit more specific with price range and what type of things you want to do. IE chill, ragging party, fine dinning, local food etc
