I am totally lost, on a pretty big downswing, really don't know what to do in these situations.

I have 3,5 BB left, so I must do something, but according to SNG WIZ this is a fold. Sp what is the best to do in these situations. Follow SNG WIZ or just push with a negative expectation?

I fold this. You're pushing into someone that has to call you with relative stack sizes. CO is also short, if you push, you're reducing the chance that CO makes the first mistake.

BB is never going to fold to you

This really depends on who CO is imo. If he's a decent reg then he's very rarely making the first mistake given the stack sizes. In which case if we fold here we're basically counting on getting lucky and doubling up some point in the future as a microstack. I'd rather shove here than accept that fate.

Its a guaranteed call but there's nothing you can do since you have very few hands to play with your stack.

Push and pray.

If you push you will get called. But, he will call any push of yours later and you might pick up a second caller later and be a 40-30 30 favorite but a bigger chance to lose. You probably go in as a 60-40 favorite (assuming BB does not have an ace or paired). Now the big question is CO just folding or will he shove chips in the next few hands. If he is aggressively calling pots still you might want to wait and see if he will take himself out.

I would shove and take your chances. If you lose the problem is more what got you into this position then the decision. Either decision your looking at maybe 50/50 to get into the money. Your big problem is being the short stack with the big stack on your left.

I was in a game the other day on the bubble where I was the short stack, but the player after me was terrible and was sure he'd bust before me the way he was playing. If CO in this situation is like that, then I can fold QK here, otherwise I'd probably shove and hope to come out on top.

Plz stop spamming the DON threads, you've made it clear you don't like them so just get over it imo.
