Opponent has been very tight but has been loosening up after bubble. I think I didn't play this correctly, so any help would be great.

Very standard in 2.25. When you put 22% of your stack in the pot preflop, you can't fold anymore when your wanted A comes out.
I'd lead there, since we don't want to see him check behind. When you check-raise just make it all-in.
If BB is loose passive, ship it preflop (we don't really wanna play AJo oop with our stack)

I'm shoving preflop here, AJ is a monster BvB. As Nick said we don't want to play this OOP considering we'll miss a lot of the time and any c-bet commits us.
As played I'm leading this flop every time for about 800, I def don't want to give a free card here with the diamond draw. Either way, I'm looking to get it all-in on this flop no matter what.

I would just shove this preflop, as both opponents have you outchipped by quite a bit. No need to try and play flops with them at this point imo. As played, nothing else you can do besides get it in on the flop.
