Much has been made of Annette's 4/180 win without looking at hole cards.

I propose a challenge where we all contestants agree to play the tourneys blind in a challenge with the same format as the regular 4/180 challenge.

Rules:
1. You must have a post-it or similar opaque material covering your hole cards in each tournament from beginning to end.

2. Winners must post complete hand history in the 2+2 replayer.

Who would be down? We could do it this weekend or a weeknight next week.

I'm in Turbo or regular? Would prefer turbo Stars but, whatever.

Stupid un-thoughtout question: would I be able to use a HUD like Tournament Indicator for M calcs and opponent stats? OBV I'd block off the fields that show hand strength and outs and the like.

Sounds like you want us all to be in the same tournemant? I'm not sure that accomplishes anything if you're trying to level the field. I have kids and dinner/play/bed time is 6-9pm CST which is off limits. I could do it during the day or later at night.

non turbo...I don't think he means same tourney...

but...imagine 180 2+2ers with stickys over their whole cards all trying to outpay and outlevel each other

HUD's are perfectly fine to the extent it shows opponents play. The challenge is not how your opponents play, but how you play without access to your hole cards. Any HUD information on your hand strength etc. would be prohibido.

The challenge would involve 4 consecutive 4/180's, exactly like the regular weekly 4/180 challenge.

Who can do Sunday night?

i would love to do this but cant in the next couple days. fwiw i have tried this a few times with 4/180s and it is very very hard i didnt get ITM in my 5 or so attempts. and ya, posting hand history has to be a requirement and will make it VERY obvious if the person looked at his cards or not.

Problem with Sunday afternoon is I don't think we'll get much attendance with everyone playing the majors.

What if we did something like 6PM Eastern?

Anette won one in her second try. So even if we are only half as good as Annette and have 10 players playing 4 donkaments, mathematically we should win all 4.
