Thats the point . I dont think he is pushing atc but 50% maybe .

if you think that he's only shoving 50% than its very close, you have 42% against his range and you have to win 40% of the time to make this a correct call with the given odds (if i did the correct math), so its close and a marginal winning spot at best.
its obv a high variance play, and i presonally would fold, dont know if thats too nitty though.
