50man tourney, ~30 left, t2500 starting stack

Blinds t100/t200/t20 (t480 in pot)

BUT (Hero) ~t7000
SB t870
BB ~t9000

Hero AJo

6 folds, Hero raises to t550, SB is all-in for t850, BB calls t650, Hero calls t300

flop: 774r (pot t3030)

BB checks, Hero checks

turn: 2 (pot t3030)

BB bets t1200, Hero folds

----------------------

BB is a good and tricky player.
I think I should´ve shoved pf, but I was somehow fearing a trap.
On the flop I do not fold better hands by betting IMO and I have to fold to a CRAI.

My line looks terribly weak...

One point of clarification before I post my thoughts...are you even allowed to re-raise preflop. It seems that SB's 3-bet shove is less than your original raise meaning that the only option you have is to call. Am I correct, or am I reading the hand wrong?

since you cant raise yourself id say that you can only call or fold

The point is that it affects ranges, if BB knows that you can only call or fold, he's likely to have a much wider range.
