you have decent equity, so betting the flop for 175 or so should be fine.

Yeah, bet flop, if villain seems tighting he will fold a lot of low-mid PPs on this flop, which may stab on turn after you check behind.
And as Fenef said in he flat flop you can check behind on turn, so you get to see both turn and river for the same price.
Only tough decision is when he crai.

somewhat, yeah. We will get like 1.5-1 or so, throw in some ICM and we have something like 1.3-1 or 1.2-1. Versus a tightish unknown we are not in great shape imo (something like 35% maybe).

There is no such thing as a tightish player that calls from BB at t50 imo..

And in that case it's def. a tough decision, since we also have an over and a backdoor FD.
