Call and CRAI anything good looking.

Bet flopped TPTK on turn if villain checks behind.

He is a winning multitabling regular and his range is about AK+(AQ less often) TT+, is limping AK still profitable OOP?
Sure we will win a nice pot if he cbets on a A/K high flop, but we about half the time (AK AA KK) we will lose or split a big pot.
If he he has JJ or QQ I think he can get away from it and we can win a big pot.
This might seem really tight, but his range is very tight as well.

Probably just fold but it would be nice to have a really good idea of his range.

Um, you're not limping AK OOP, you're just calling a raise. It's still profitable. He will have AQ/AK (and QQ/JJ/TT for that matter) alot more often than AA/KK probability wise.

Call preflop. Depending on who it is you could take different lines for different flops so it is hard to say.

AK+(AQ less often) TT+. If he's raising this tight, then when we do hit and he has TT//JJ/QQ/KK (if we hit an ace), we gain 1 cbet. I don't think that one cbet gained makes up for the times we flop tptk and he has a set or overpair. I don't think folding is unreasonable vs some v tight regulars. If his range does include AQ then calling is a bit better.
