I wouldn't bet so big on the turn, although that isn't a huge mistake. When he smooth calls the turn I put him on slowplaying the made straight or a goofy full house perhaps if he likes playing hands like 54s. If he had pocket sevens or the like you would think he would reraise you on the turn so I think after the turn I would check the river and see what he does (most likely folding to a big bet).

I'd also check turn OOP. If it checks through you can bet/fold that river and just shut down if the obvious draws fill.

your problem here is that the pot is unraised so villains can have any two cards. Overpairs in unraised pots are tricky for this reason.

not saying you should have raised preflop (you could have, but setmining is fine, too) - but once the flop comes you need to tread more carefully with the medium pair that becomes an overpair. All kinds of goofy 2 pairs/straights can bite you.
