Pre Flop: Hero is BB with Q

UTG raises to t2230 all in, 3 folds, Hero calls t1220 all in

UTG is good reg.
SNGWIZ says this is a awful call.
Do i ignore ICM here?
If someone else shoved besides UTG i can see a fold but by folding here I'm pretty much done for.

w/ the stacks of every1 else and us having 1200 left after we fold (sb takes us down to 1bb), I just say **** it and call.

You have to make a user-defined structure with the right payouts, keep in mind it only works for final table.
