Villain is a winning low-midstakes reg. He is quite tight. My image is also tight. He probably thinks my 3bet range here is TT+; AQs+. I don't have a lot of hands on him but his range for flatting a 3bet OOP here should be strong.
Thoughts on all streets please, but especially river (do you check behind, do you go for value, do you ever turn your hand into a bluff here, why?).
I nearly folded pre but don't like flatting very much here at all.
