Pre is fine imo, but I think I wouldn't c/r a 7pfr player here too often; I think I`d b/f most of times (~t200). As played, some info about his cbet tendencies would be helpful, but I'd give him a lot of credit for this strong bet and might find a fold here.

Pre flop I could make a case for shoving but maybe it's overkill.

On the flop his bet looks strong so I suppose you could fold vs a competent player but a 23/7 looks a little bit more on the casual side.

I 3bet/call or shove pre, calling isn't a bad option though imo. Flop looks fine and dandy, I don't think most people just fire pot here with a hand, I'd expect a fold or a call by worse a decent amount of the time

This is where I'm resorting to an additional stat or two. For instance, what is his Flop Cbet % and/or Aggression Factor? If he's Cbetting most flops, say 80%, I don't mind your check-raise-all-in. However, if villain has a AF = 1.0 and Flop Cbet = 20%, I think this is a clear fold. Somewhere in between, say AF = 2.0 and Cbet = 50%, I believe is arbitrary and wouldn't be terrible or great. I'm also not big fan of 3-betting pre-flop with the intention to call a 4-bet shove, since I believe you're almost always dominated, sometimes flipping and are rarely ahead. Not too mention you are deep enough to determine your course of action post-flop based on the stats I've mentioned.

I think you played it fine.

This flop is a great flop to cont bet, and I would more often then not interpret a strong cbet on this flop as a weakness, not a strength. This depends on how straight-forward the villain plays of course.

By the way, are these stats filtered? How many hands do you have on him?
