Full Tilt Poker $11 + $1 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t120/t240 Blinds - 4 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

Hero (BB): t2670
CO: t3840
BTN: t4150
SB: t2840

Pre Flop: (t360) Hero is BB with A 4
CO calls t240, 2 folds, Hero checks

Flop: (t600) A Q 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets t600, Hero ???

UTG
is 21/14 over 50 hands 4-6handed. I'd say he is somewhere between bad and okay.
SB seems to be a reg, no specific read tho.
BTN is bad and loose, but got a bit tighter on the bubble. did stuff like limp/call KJo utg vs. a 15bb shove 7handed.

I like a fold because his flop pot bet says strength, he limps alot of better aces, and he has you covered. Here I think you're in the middle/bottom of his range.

think flop is a tricky spot. Whats his limping range p/f? I think I like a shove against most villains

I would flat and take it from there.
Seeing the betsizing I don't think he will have an A a lot here.
If the turn is a relatively high card I'm definitely sticking in, since there is then also an increased chance of a split pot in case he does have an Ace.
Mostly this looks like a bet to bully you out.
Also the board is not very wet so if he has a hand and he is between bad and ok type player he would likely bet a bit less I feel.

In his limping range there could be tarps and KQ/KJ/QJ/QT type hands, next to the already mentioned Ax hands.
Of the tarps he is not betting AA/QQ like this, but he might bet KK/JJ like this, and the same goes for the other hands mentioned.

flat flop definately he never has a A here imo betting thr flop like this. I would go into c/c mode and let him bluff off as his bad and loose.

Don't you guys think that someone who bets the flop here to push you off the pot probably just raises preflop anyway?

I think a shove or call are both ok. If villain is aggro and will double barrel, the prob call.
If he has another A, then so be it, because there's a lot of other stuff in his range as well.

I'd only be worried if villain is really tight. Then I'd call and see what he does on the turn. But tight players usually don't limp 4-handed.

I'm really curious what weak-tight pre and aggressive on the flop meant, if it meant he hit his hand like I suspected.

Results, JT?

hadn't played a single sng since Rush poker came out, so i was pretty off my game (and fully aware of that ). Made some horribad things in my first 2 or 3 sets

anyways, i thought he would be kind of straight forward and not be tricky and traplimp big hands (99+,AJ+). So his limping range was somewhat mediocre, but i didn't think he'd bet full pot with something like KT or 88 on that flop.
I doubt that he would think about "how to get value out of worse" etc. so his potbet could be an A or a Q and because i wasn't sure i just folded.

Not played on full tilt in a while but it has a bet pot button doesnt it? For me that kind of changes this hand and makes it really hard for a non full tilt player to comment as I dont play enough to know what guys smacking the pot button in this spot means... Fold cant be bad though
