Hey guys, would this call be ******ed? Stacks have been back and to between the 3 villians, im feeling a bit frustrated and villain has shoved on my bb 3 times in a row, could be more, is this a fold as im flipping at best and im not gettin 2 to 1, wiz says its a fold but ive heard the software doesnt understand bubble factors

Villian 17/11 -SB open is 40%

Full Tilt Poker $11 + $1 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t250/t500 Blinds - 4 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

SB: t2140 4.28 BBs
Hero (BB): t2645 5.29 BBs
CO: t2210 4.42 BBs
BTN: t6505 13.01 BBs

Pre Flop: (t750) Hero is BB with 4 4
2 folds, SB raises to t2140 all in, Hero?

Can some one go into a little bit of detail of why wiz doesnt take bubble factors into acount, i hate plugging hands like these in wiz as you dont realy know were you stand, this is probs a big leak for me so any info would be great

hes shoving blind on blind because he knows you cant call with anything but the top of your range.

i know it sucks, but you gotta fold spots like this. assuming CO isnt calling too wide, i much prefer folding to SB and jamming almost any 2 when you get the chance.

Hey guys, would this call be super standard? YES!

Folding here would be really bad vs 99% of players. Blinds are huge and anyone is shoving 25-30% here which is plenty for us to call

Wiz is just a fancy icm calc , it understands bubble just fine. YOU have to understand ICMs limitations and where/why it breaks down. The obvious example being UTG facing blinds that will greatly hurt our stack and folding power then we can happily take a -ev shove.

ya most of the time it is a flip but not every time. I'm thinking you're nitty if you are pushing 50% in his spot, lol. Some people are even pushing atc so you are getting it in 70/30 a good bit and blinds are soooo big and you are gambling with one of the shorties so flipping isn't that bad either. =

People take the whole idea of I don't want to flip way too far.

If you look at chip odds we only need ~38% to call..even with ICM we do not need to be a preflop favorite to call. Unless you have a hand in the fop few percent you're rarely going to have a huge PF edge, 55-60% vs someones range is GOOD. We probably have ~50% with good pot odds!

Against most players this is a call at 150/300 let alone 250/500.

I agree too. If he was shoving 15 big blinds, in the bubble, folding looks like an intresting option. Maybe. But with a 5bb stack, 1.5bb already on the pot and only 4 to call...In this situation you need just a hand better than Q7 to call i suppose.
You can also include hands like A2, A3, K3, K2 in its range which is made of anytwo. So sometimes you are ahead. In addition, winning you will knockout the short stack, and its chips are the most valuable at the table!
Also, do not overlook the fact that you'd be have 1bb left! With 1 big blind you would push on the next orbit exactly as with 5, and who knows
Seriously, with your stack you should certainly push with hands as K7, A2, and other marginal junk that you can't fold on the button or small blind. If you will be called, it is very likely that you'll play a lot worse than 50/50
A curiosity, the tournament was not turbo?
