Shove/fold imo. Flatting and 3betting is bad.

If hes bad he will be calling this with worse hands enough of the time to make this profitable.

I think even if he may be calling you with worse, the best you can hope for is to have him dominated (unlikely) or a 60/40, and some of the time you are flipping and often you are behind imo (assuming he calls). I don't like it, I think as deep as you are, if you think you are a better player then you will find better spots. Your edge against him (and the other players) is worth more than the edge in this hand when you still have 23 big blinds left.

everytime i do this, villain turns over some hand like kj or k9 or something like that and the k or 9 always appear on the flop so ive stopped doing it. losing here affects the rest of the games in my set so its a biiger bummer for me than just this game.

youre in pretty good chip position and his stats indicate a donkey so assuring yourself to stay in this game is favorable.
