What's my play and plan?

Poker Stars $11+$1 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t1000/t2000 Blinds + t200 - 8 players

UTG+1: t2743 M = 0.60

Pre Flop: (t4600) Hero is MP1 with J

1 fold, UTG+1 raises to t2543 all in, Hero ???

raise it up to 6500-7500 and watch everyone fold imo lol ur only worried about two shoves behind you and those are the btn and the bb which i dont think are gonna be shovin unless they have real strenght, if they shove u easily fold, but they are most likly gonna fold and let you take out the UTG+1

Sick spot IMO. Stack and pot size dictate just shoving here since the biggest stack that could call is only like 4x the current size of the pot, but we have AJ which will usually only get called by better hands or flips in this spot. I take it you shoved and button called with something better? I think a shove can't be too terrible here, and going 7500/fold kinda sucks because of how aggro people are/should be in these at this point (I would certainly see you making it 7500 as weakness and reshove very light with a 25000 stack here to try to isolate and scoop your dead money).

so u would reshove very light and show the table u reshoved light to pick up 5k? dont you think that's coming back to haunt you later at the ft? i'm just thinkin most of those players i run into like to money climb there and would love to fold to you in that spot instead of showing down very light reshoves

I mean, is the question whether you should jam, or flat in hopes of inducing others to jam? If that's the question, I'd prob just jam, but there wouldn't be much difference between the two.

44 and higher i agree w/ a reshove but how many ppl do you see that actually will shove 44 or more there? like u said there not sophisticated enough, so i dont think you need to shove there since most players aren't adjustin their callin ranges so i'm thinkin they are just shovin most preimum hands, i think ur raise would get the job done to. i feel we are in the same page tho, i dont see how you can fold this hand its just how much do you wanna raise

i dont get it. looks like a easy shove, if one of the bigger stacks wakes up with AQ+ good for them. they wont even close to often enough to consider not shoving here

looks like a super easy shove to me given effective stacks. either we have FE or we don't, and flatting is hilariously bad - we hate both folding to a shove and calling a shove pre

Reshove to be safe or flat to induce to be tricky, i see BTNs name is highlighted so i guess he woke up with a monster or smthing?
