wanted to throw up(also ingame) this hand on 2p2 and see what to do..

villain is fishy and from portugal. got him at 14/11 (29) hes been playing goofy post but solidish pre. Hero is running 18/17(50) ive ben quite on the 3bets, only 3b once in like 15 hands on BUT against HIJ and he folded.

I know flop might be bad/small, but curious what the right move is pre and on flop. Is it an easy call? Do we bet/c bigger on flop? Shove pre?

I'd shove here gladly, no need to call here to get into trouble with the TCL.
You probably will get called by atleast MP2, his putting in 25% of his stack, either a 3b or shove. Please argue about the best decision.

there is a case imo for the pre flop shove as we are increasing our stack by nearly 50% by taking the pot down here. regardless once we see the flop the money is going in and were beat were beat

Real question is how wide we can jam pre considering how much stack were gaining by taking it down.

Calling pre here is not good unless we're dealing with super tight nits.
I'd sigh call now and not really loving it.
