Villain 17/10/3.3/13.2 over 145 hands. Am i right in saying this is an easy fold? This was just after the bubble, prior to which i had been ultra aggro so i had laggy image.

I'd say that is not such an easy fold. I can see that, despite villain's stats, you're not taking into consideration that there are only 6 players. Also, your image, as you say, had been lag and, furthermore, you're in the button. His shove range is very wide in this spot, so I'd say that any action, whether calling or folding is OK. In my case, I would've called.

I think 99 is the very bottom of my range to call this shove; {AKo, AQs+, 99+}
(might be too nitty?)

    If you had been very laggy I don't understand how you can even consider folding here.
    Your opponents will shove light on you (and be correct to do so) as you opened too much hands and probably folded to shoves.
    So this is an easy call.

    +1 to opening a little smaller than 3200, and +1,000 to never ever folding 99 when he shoves, and it's not even close.

    Definitely too nitty, even without the info that hero has a lag image and villain has a 3b of 13. I'm calling with at least badabamboozle's range.

    I doubted also - was struck down by 10s in 9th/9900 when near snap calling 8s! :/ - I think this really comes down to whether you think you can get back the chips by playing the tourney further... if you think the double up will be +ev in the long-term in terms of dominating as a large stack then call, but my instincts is that you're flipping most of the time and the other times dominated. I think range could be 9-Jacks, I think larger hands are going to min 3-bet but is villain-dependent.

    A gut call I'm afraid - not a mathematician, me!

    In addition on villain's opening range, sure Hero is LAG but that also means fold equity is lower which kinda nullifies the kinda argument. If villain thinks hero is LAG he's gonna wanna make sure he's in with the best.

    I suppose it comes down to whether in the last say 20 hands he's sat back and waited for a monster.

    It doesn't usually work that way. It comes down to the difference between a lag and a maniac.

    easy call,if youre folding that even with his numbers your to tight.And you should open for less...hes not even shoving if u open for less and its easier to get away if thats what u want to do(@2.6).
