What's BTN's typical fold %age after flat+raise? What's our typical (rangewise) fold percentage after this action?

Also isn't it better with a non- AA type hand to shove directly if we plan to call a second time after this action anyway? So when we flat this KJo it has to be with the intention of folding to a shove-fold?

Calling pre is pretty bad unless the big stack is overcalling wide (and elastic to btn range obv since he must be super wide to ever convince himself to fold here). lol @ btn fold.
