Bad in what way? Like he can play T9 this way and think he improved to 2 pair on the river? Bad like KK is in his range here? It's pretty hard to construct a value range here for villain.

I'd prefer to stab at the flop then check the turn, than your line, and why no raise on the river. I make it an inviting min-raise on the river for value.

That bet of 400 does not look like a hand that we want to raise. Looks like stuff that can't call us and stuff that beats us.
