Full Tilt Poker, $11 + $1 NL Hold'em Sit n' Go, 200/400 Blinds, 4 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): 4,040
UTG: 3,755
BTN: 4,065
SB: 1,640

Pre-Flop: (600) T T dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG raises to 1,200, BTN calls 1,200, 1 fold, Hero ???

- UTG wasn't too active and i would say he was tight.
- BTN was decent. Hasn't done anything too crazy, but is far away from being a shark.

Maybe this is a supereasy spot, but in that moment i was like WTF?!. Seeing the stacksizes before they raised makes this look like a push to me, but i'm not sure. I had 3 HUs and 2 other bubbles running, so i was a bit distracted...

None of the stacks are big here ... nobody has more than 10BB.

If you're not going to play TT here, what are you going to play?

SnGWiz tells me, that even if UTG only opens 88+ ATs+ AQ+, it's probably still a push.

it will cost 800 for you, and the pot is large.

i think i´d see the flop since u are the last. i dont think push is nice in this case.

if u hit a set u can push.

you cant really go wrong in situations like this, alemaotial, playing for set value only with TT isnt too good here, but calling is ok. i lean towards shoving.

calling is horrible imho, shove or fold.

I think I fold here. SB has 1200 Chips left next hand and in the current hand UTG has roughly one pot sized bet left should he choose to go all in or fold. It's very marginal I think and shoving is also ok.

Shoving would be some way better if we covered button.

How can BTN flat call here its just beyond me, unless he has KK+ it would be horrible, he covers UTG and should push here like always when involved am I right? Seems like he has no clue whatsoever?

Thought the same thing. His flat call here makes my neck hair stand up, and I'd probably fold and let them battle it out. Calling sucks because an overcard will probably come, and we'll have wasted a 1/4 of our stack. Shoving over is probably flipping at best (if we're called, which I would think we would be by at least one of them). Hopefully they get it all in, and we coast ITM. Of course, they probably aren't getting it AI without some big hands, as SB is pretty critical. I dunno, this is just a meh spot that I would probably fold, but maybe I'm too passive here.

I think I would fold in this spot most of the time. Calling is absolutely terrible in my opinion.

I don't think we can fold with those odds. We only have to add 800 in 3000 to see the flop. I don't know what to do between calling and shoving. The BTN's call could represent both weak hands and premium hands. It's sometimes KK+ and I don't like to shove and lose on the bubble.

Uhm you don't have odds to set mining if you think he has kk+ you just have to check fold tens with a low board so calling don't make much sense.

So, I mucked, because i wasn't really sure what to make of their actions plus i'm on a downswing.

This happened on the flop:
Spoiler:
Flop: (3,000) Js Td 8h (2 Players)
UTG bets 1,200, BTN raises to 2,865 and is All-In, UTG folds

Results: 5,400 Pot
BTN mucked and WON 5,400 (+3,000 NET)

I agree. I can't coin flip here so I'd probably just fold.

lololol so utg left himself with 1000 chips?
in game i prob fold because btn covers . you said he's decent . so really this has to b KK+ imo.

what do we do with JJ/QQ here when a decent player flats and nothing makes sense and we put him on KK+ or a misclick.
