Opener is 15/12 over a moderately sample and flatter is a bit of a pre-flop station...

Do you know what stack size UTG+1 starts shoving at?

An open from that position could be standard or JJ+ wanting to raise/call a shove. I don't hate a fold since you still have two players to act and UTG+1 might know you're squeezing pretty wide, but I would be too tempted to get the chips in the middle I think. That might be a leak in my game.
