guy was tight agressive, constantly was 3 beting my steals, once before was same minraise preflop with AQo.
Is my shove right?

Obviously this.

Clearly should have folded, villain had AA so you obviously played it bad. Also, if you make a good fold with AKdd the Pokerstars RNG will give you KK next hand guaranteed to work.
