I just button raised last hand. Table isn't that loose, In fact in general I feel like the 11's are pretty tight.
Do you raise in this spot?
My downswing has got me playing bad now, so i need to go over the basics.

Even with full stacks I would fold A9s early on and play it only from the BTN. And opening here would be a clear mistake because of stack sizes, mainly yours. You're just asking for some really tough spots by raising ~20% of your stack with this hand.

No need to get crazy here the blinds are small and you still have a decent amount of chips. Sometimes I might try a steal because yes the $11 stts play tight. I play on stars and the players are mostly sitting around waiting for boss hands. The small blind is short not real short and may try to push back and you dont want to commit chips at these blinds this early.
