I'm pretty happy to get my money in on either the flop or the turn here. I could actually see calling flop and waiting for turn in hopes that he fires again whereas he might fold to your 3-bet.

I like shoving the flop, you dont want to call risking an A or K on the turn, fist pump shove the flop.

As played you have to bet that turn, a check back just seems really weak i.e he made a play for the pot with the c/r flop then has slowed down.

After you check back the turn the A is a perfect bluffing card for him.

I don't understand what the check on the turn was supposed to accomplish. Was it to trap or was it to pot control? (thinking he had a 7)

Im really curious to know.

Also, are we flatting the flop for the same reason? I would be jamming this in all day...
