Villain bets 14k
Me?

Villain was playing like 40/20 so id expect 3 bets from all better pockets, and flats from smaller over pairs preflop.
Aq , ak, I expect to flat also as he wasn't one to 3 bet such hands.
I feel like my turn check looks really weak, and he could easily expect to bet and have me fold this turn.

Thoughts?

This could be a thin value bet with a-high, or any 99-.

I think a shove looks pretty good and might even get a call from two overs.

I personally would bet bigger on the flop, which would leave you with the perfect stack to move all-in on the turn. As played I would probably still move in on the turn, and be pretty happy with a call.

Probably just jamming with how little you have behind.

Yeah I did end up jamming here.

Expected worse pairs and A highs to call often enough
He snap calls and fists the table as he shows J5
Shook his hand and said well played and was off.

Don't think this is particularly close vs villain. BB should be the only player with boats here but hey ho. Not much you can do.

Is it 9 or 10 max at the table?

Happy hanging on to the 46k. Sure there are better spots with 11.5BB and the meta generated by the fold. Might be useful even if not against same opp.
