We're itm with 80 left in the $10r with 10bbs, an M of ~5 1500/3000 ante or so. What is our range from MP1 9 handed? UTG+2.

Hero has been relatively tight. Ez shove with a10 or is it close at all? Would it be something like 910+, any pair, a2s+ a9+? or

55+,A9s+,KQs,ATo+
Assuming they`d call you on 44+,A9s+,KJs+,ATo+,KQo.
Lower PPs would show very marginal profit.

However, you can go a bit wider if you think they`d call you on a more narrow range.

It`s not threadworthy. Just use pokerstove and calculate EV for different hands with different stacksizes in different positions with different players behind.

This range would never show any significant profit w/ 5 players behind.

The calling range could be tighter or could be wider.
IF it will be tighter than the one I wrote above then we can go a bit wider than my originally suggested shoving range.

That range pkr posted with 10 BBs from the lojack absolutely will show a profit barring maniacal calling ranges. Your (elephants) calling range is too loose, especially since the HJ/CO would never isolate KJ or 44 or something. You might get called by the big blind with these hands, but they might fold them in an 11r even.

Even if they would call tighter (a bit) than my supposed range, Pkratits shoving range is still way too loose.

babar, what the hell are you talking about? and who are you to determine what is or isnt thread worthy? i dont think youve made one thread that would be considered worthy.

so what youre saying is peoples calling range will be exactly what your shoving range would be with the addition of 44, KJs, and KQo? are you trying to implement a reverse gap concept here?

babar, don't tell me my thread isn't threadworthy (even if it isn't) after you show the way you play AK in a $10r during rebuys.

thanks for confirmation guys. gl
