Hand from this evening. 14 hands in, so not much in the way of reads, but here you go:

UTG+1 is new to me and hasn't done anything out of the ordinary.

I have played with MP2 previously and his stats are 12/5 over 116 hands, but I have a note that he will call post-flop with very marginal holdings.

The CO is new to me but has stats of 57/7 and has called 3/5 PF raises.

The BTN is new to me, but I'm playing him at 3 tables. Stats are 14/7 after 44 hands.

So, what's the best plan here?

You have so many callers, i would bet pot here. I don' think anyone has A4, maybe JJ, but that happen very rarely. (e.g. yesterday i lost with AA against J8, flop came J88, river 8 )

Yeah, you have the best hand there probably so just get as many chips asyou can. Betting pot sounds good

OK, in real time I decided to check raise since I thought it was likely that someone else would bet since there were so many callers. I reprinted the rest of the hand for readability. Do you folks think a check-raise is incorrect here, or just another valid way to play the hand? Also, should I have just shoved on the c/r?

honestly I think betting or c/r is fine just as long as you get it in but I definitely shove for the c/r

lead here and call any shove. I don't like the c/r here cause you are potentially giving 6 or w/e number of people it is the opportunity to see a free turn and you do not want to see a K or A on the turn.

Just bet the flop. Or at least shove the c/r

I bet the flop here always and go broke. Giving a free card looks very bad.

I don't think it's that bad but you should make more by betting properly and getting called by pairs than by picking off a bluff/small bet.

FWIW, the final result was that the CO called me with 22 and my queens held up to win. Everybody else folded.
