I dont think, you were bluffing, because I dont think, either of these guys are going to fold a better hand than yours. I do think, this is an overplay though. The C-bet is totally fine and standard, but when SB check-raise AND BB cold call that check-raise, which is a very strong play, I think, at least one of them most likely have you beat. Its different, if you had A9, but with J9 you will often have the worst kicker, if someone else have top pair as well. When you get it in here, what are you really hoping for? That one of them have exactly T9 and the other one JT or 76, which are the only real draws? I think, its just to optimistic, so I would have folded and let them go to war with each other.

Yes you did. You basically told them you have TT+ by jamming - would be funny if you got sigh called by A9.

I wouldn't say this is a bluff. If anything, it's you calling out the SB raiser's bluff/semi-bluff. Based on your action, it sounds like you might have the SB pegged as a loose-aggro type player who's going to play their draws aggressively and/or play positional ranges aggressively.

I read a book recently that put it very well. We don't bet as a bluff or to extract value. Those are just the outcomes of the actions. We bet to realize equity and/or deny our opponents equity, the latter of which you definitely did here.
