Sorry, couldn't get HH converter to work. What do you think of this c/r at the final table of a $10+1 MTT? My read on skeletor was that he was pretty aggro. This is my first post so if you could share some thoughts on why this play is or isn't correct that would be awesome. Feel free to flame.

that's a pretty good board for a c/r esp with your bdfd BUT....

stack sizes are horrible for this, he has put over half his stack in which should mean that he's not folding. if he had say the same as you i might like it a bit more, esp with his image.

i think this is a question of shove or fold preflop though and if you think he's opening light a lot, even from EP, just stick it it pre where you have much more Fold Equity and can add a nice9k to your stack.

welcome to the forums

nice first post, tough hand on many levels imo. really read dependant but shoving pre should be the best play unless you have a good read that he's really tight.

if you check the flop you have to fold to his bet. the board is super dry and missed AJ completely (lets ignore the bdfd for a second) AND he's already put in 15k of his 27k stack. At that point villain has AJ beat way too often to make shoving ev+. there's no FE left.

Ya, I was really debating shoving pre. I think you guys are right, shoving was probably the best play there. Great advice about the FE, especially since most of the time he's not folding to leave himself with a stack that gives an m way less than 10. Thanks for your help guys.
