This hand is probably lolstandard but I think it's one of the spots I do pretty badly. Both the raiser and the reraiser are unknown, but the reraiser is playing four tables so I'm assuming he's semi competent.

I guess fold is the only option.

Full Tilt Poker $10 + $1 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t15/t30 Blinds - 8 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

UTG+1: t2630 M = 58.44
MP1: t2065 M = 45.89
MP2: t1380 M = 30.67
CO: t1560 M = 34.67
BTN: t1455 M = 32.33
Hero (SB): t1410 M = 31.33
BB: t1500 M = 33.33
UTG: t1500 M = 33.33

Pre Flop: (t45) Hero is SB with J A
2 folds, MP1 raises to t90, MP2 raises to t210, 2 folds Hero?

Anything but folding is bad.

You cannot play AJ here profitably, simple as. My range here is KK+, and I expect to get coolered with KK. People just don't 3 bet pre in these games without the nuts.

Yah, its a very fast fold. I start thinking about it with QQ.

I'd toss a lot higher here including AQ and AK. If you had QQ it would be interesting imo.

Snap Fold, and watch reraiser turn over AK

MB pretty much hit all of the high points.... just a couple quick adds.

vs some opponents I would ship JJ also. I would ship QQ vs all opponents in an $11 stt.

if there is only 1 raiser (MP1) It would not ALWAYS be a fold for me. It would primarily be a fold, but there are some villains that I would reraise or call here.

I think its important to start recognizing some of these spots where its the right play most of the time vs spots where its the right play all of the time. I hope that makes sense.

This is a fold every single time. Even against 1 other player, it's difficult to play oop and you'll never be really happy with less than two pair - that being said, against 2 players in a re-raised spot, it's a very easy fold.
