Is this a shove? I don't really like flatting OOP, but do we want to get 130bbs in pre?

I think I struggle with deep stack play pre flop since I play mostly turbos.

I'm still pretty confused about this, every option just seems bad to me.

4 bet/c? (do we have the stack size to 4 bet/f here?)
