I just shelled out for a Wifi USB for my desktop, since I don't want to have to use my laptop all the time. Thing works, connected to my router, since I'm in an apartment I have about a dozen access points around me, but the skin still can't see that I'm in NJ, which makes no sense.

Its because you get the same message if you have a VPN program present on your computer. i removed all cisco products and team viewer and it fixed the issue. As long as i have two wifi networks in range i can connect now. Do some searching in control panel uninstall program list. Also make sure your IP address is showing in NJ sometimes they bounce you out some where else.

My laptop's fine so the IP isn't an issue. And my router runs on Cisco software, soooooooo...

They aren't locating by WAN IP, otherwise people wouldn't get booted off.
