Yep, was in a few sng's and just got booted. Some honest regulated legit sites we got here... Tried calling support and line is busy, and no live chat support. All these sites are a mess right now, pretty sad

Apologize for the inconvenience, however to be able to play please ensure your IP leads to NJ and Wi-Fi is enabled. Stop any remote access softwares and disable Proxy.

This happened to multiple people in the middle of tournaments who had previously had no geolocation issues, this is an error on your part.

No remote access software, ,no proxy, wifi still enabled (same internet connection as always). Randomly 20 minutes later the issue is magically fixed.

I don't care I just want reimbursement for my buy ins. I emailed customer service 24 hours ago with no response, that is why I am annoyed and posted.

Not sure why you keep trying to troll people, the point is this should not happen its 2013 and this is supposed to be a regulated legit market that needed to be tested before launch. This would never happen on pokerstars, why settle for mediocre sites - this is why people are getting upset. How can people who are new to online poker trust, continue to play when there are so many problems in week 1.

What do you spazzes expect? Do you think stars just appeared one day and had the capabilities to host 300k people? They started off small and ****ty too. Its been 9 days stop crying.
