on 6/15 i won a $100 ticket from a $5 rebuy. i decided to use that to play the sunday $100 $10k. i late reg'd, clicked 'use ticket' and im in the tournament. but it didnt use the ticket, instead it deducted the $100 cash from my account.

i called support and was told im sorry for what happened and i was told i was going to get a call back with 24 hours. i never got a call back, and called the next day..same thing happened. i literally had to call every day until 6/19 until i was able to get a supervisor on the phone. the supervisor told me, 'you are not allowed to late reg using a tourney ticket.' i said to him, while on was on phone with him, im about to late reg to the nightly 10k, and its giving me the option to use ticket again, youre telling me i cant use it? he says 'dont click that sir.' n complete bs. i said to him, there is no error or message that says, YOU CANT USE YOUR TICKET to LATE REG a TOURNAMENT, so why am i being punished for a mistake on your end? he said he understands but there is nothing they can do. he said he will put in a request for a manager to call me.

the next day a manager called me and explained to me the same bs about not being able to late reg using a ticket, and thats why the cash was used. after being on the phone for 20 mins, he says he will escalate it to the tech team and see if it can be resolved.

on fri, 6/20 i get a call saying the only solution they can do it turn the ticket into t$. they absolutely can not turn in back into cash, only t$. i said i dont want t$, i clicked use ticket, you can late reg using a ticket, and you took my cash, i want cash. he said he cant do it no matter what and he will turn it to t$. he said their system is down at the moment so give it 24-48 hours and it will be converted.

yesterday on 6/23, i won a ticket worth $50 in one of their $5 games. i decided to play the $50 2k guarantee. what do you know, i was ABLE to late reg to it using the ticket. i call back and ask for a manager, i finally get a supervisor on the phone and explain to him what just happened. i ask, why are you lying directly to me about not being able to late reg using a ticket, and then withholding the cash from me? he said 'i completely understand your frustration. i understand what your saying, and i see here were in the middle of converting the ticket to t$, but you want cash.' i said i just proved while were on the phone that you all bs'd me into accepting your mistake and possibly getting t$ (if that ever happens). he said, i will escalate this and have a manager call you as soon as possible. the same run around.

I am absolutely shocked that Party/Borgata doesn't care about their players. If only 100 other people could have posted previously that they screw you every chance they get then people would start playing elsewhere.

I'm on a first name basis with the VIP reps. I call at least 3x a week b/c of my issues. I've been refunded cash on more than one occasion due to tech difficulties (I.e. Disconnected ...geolocation ...site crashing...bad beats). Ok. All that is is true besides the BB part. I'm predicting the franky rizzomyster will get an email saying they've refunded the $ & it's in the franky mysters acct balance that should now read $101.00. Franky can then play one hand of 100nl & lose it to ducky.

6/25 JUST spoke to LIN the supervisor who is telling me that by end of the day, and i specified 11:59pm the ticket will be converted to t$, as this is THE ONLY option. they also have a concerns dept, but i cant be transfered to them bc they dont speak directly to the user, the supervisors have to do all the lef work. she said she cant tell me how she guarantees it will be there, but it will be there, and if its not im allowed to call back and tell her she is a liar. i said i dont want to do that, i just want this resolved. she said you have to take my word that it will be done.

now i have to wait.

My experience with support was that I was at fault for their tourneys not popping up, as I was playing 2 other tournies on the site. Didn't play one hand in this $80 satty and they told me it was my fault for their software not working. Last day I played on party as I'm not going to waste my money playing on a site with some of the worst software in the industry.

You paid $100 to play a $100 tourney. Just because the payment method may not have been what you wanted doesn't mean you were scammed and it isn't life or death. It is merely an inconvenience (if you didn't misclick). They offered you tournament dollars. Take them and let this thread die.

incorrect. i won the ticket playing a $5 rebuy. i dont just play $50+ buy ins unless i satty into them. therefore i want the cash back, and to use the ticket that i clicked on. it is a like a scam, you misread.

update:

6/25 Lin called me around 5pm and said that she is calling me to confirm and personally tell me that not only did they turn the ticket into T$, but they also gave me a $100 ticket for it taking so long and the resolution taking so long. I didnt believe her once i heard this and she actually laughed and said its there believe me I did all I could do. I confirm that it is all there and its over. I am happy that is over, I am okay with this outcome, but I wish it could of been resolved better, my cash given back, but this will do. Thank you Lin.
