First off, the Main event of this series HAS to have a higher buyin. Why not have a $215, a $265, and a $320? these slight differences in buyins help to build the prizepool and make the tournaments feel more "special" and encourage people to deposit to play them, rather just another boring old $200.
3. I really really like the addition of the 6max tournaments, I think their placement in the schedule looks good, leave them. But instead of having both of them begin $100 freezouts, how about make one of them a rebuy? A $100 rebuy 6max could be quite popular, perhaps make the 2nd one a rebuy.
4. The players choice even just has to be PLO, you really need a plo event in the schedule, so i think that should just be this one
Gags great job as always....i would like to be the first to say I appreciate Borgata/Party asking us for feedback.
I am a midstakes 6 max grinder on borgata and appreciate the action(just not the rake!?!?) but I do enjoy playing tourneys from time to time as of right now I only play the 50k every week..not enough of a grind.
Suggestions for Tourneys:
-Rebuys unlimited + add on (low buy-in(10-20$) big player pools lot of donks)...winners win more per dollar spent on tourney
-HU tourneys get people more involved in different formats of the game; could be beneficial all around
-Obv PLO tourney duhh
-Maybe even some HORSE tourneys?
-DEEPSTACK tourneys are great; and skill players will appreciate this much more (may lead to more tourney traffic); more players tilting on cash tables!!!
-HIGH ROLLER TOURNEYS!!!- 200's cool but something that will add a little more to the experience also maybe get some of those new york stock brokers to play online some more ;-)
PS. I also say all of this because I noticed that Borgata/Party's player pool has been somewhat stagnant the last 2 months; this may be because recreational players would like some more variety beside a donkament or 6max cash game
