Don't even bother. I made a $1200 withdrawal on SATURDAY AFTERNOON. Its not Tuesday and its still PROCESSING.

The account is closed, I am moving to WSOP. Don't even bother Colette. It's over. Not that I expect special treatment bc I am a VIP player, BUT not to get back to someone in over 72 hours about money that is owed to them is straight up wrong and not a good way to do business.

I don't do business with companies who ignore me when they owe me money.

It's sad that I have to come HERE to even have support write to me. I sent 4 emails over 72 hours - all 4 ignored. It's cool though.

Account is closed now, I even closed my pre-paid card.

I already pulled most my roll off of Party Poker, and will be moving over to WSOP. Management is not open to bringing back HU turbo sng, and has confirmed this with their recent choice to continue their leaderboard promo after March 1st.

I am a palladium level player and it's sad that they don't care what players like us think or how much we have invested. They will allow us to throw and tantrums and move on.

It's like the drug trade, always someone to fill the void. However, it's just bad business to go against the grain, and not listen to the reg players.

I would advocate players to leave this site, and go over to WSOP where they listen to the players and still run a profitable business with good poker ecology.

Party Poker's defense is that there current promo and offering has bright traffic to an all time high. Seems like they only care about their business model and not the consumer.

Inability to fix your horrible software, and follow industry leaders like Pokerstars. Forget you party poker. Can't wait for Pokerstars and their offerings. Bet u they will have HU turbo sng!

Everything got resolved, I always got my withdrawal, within a few hours, so i thought a few days was cause to panic, but it all worked out. Thank you.
