I am surprised and confused that this question has not been answered yet. I am curious about this myself. I am going to go ahead and guess that DGE might not have approved that method, but it would be great if PartyPoker could clarify.

Can customers deposit cash into their account at the Borgata Casino cage, and if not, why?

offtopic: i am not surprised or confused by the fact that you haven't responded to my post calling you out as a clueless riggy.

*sigh*

So you have deposited at the Borgata cage? We have all withdrawn ... it was the deposit question they never answered. Still doesn't make sense that they wouldn't answer the question if that is an approved method.

Yes I have. I have withdrawn from party and deposited onto borgata with the same cashier at the same time, and vice versa.

Doubt it, unless "we all" is just you.

Once again: I have only withdrawn at the cage, never deposited there. Just didn't understand why the Party rep did not clarify. Thanks for verifying that it worked for you.

Yes. Cage Deposits was enabled on 14 March 2014

You can fund your iGaming account with cash at the cashier window at the The Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa.

Simply go the Cashier Cage and ask to make a cash deposit to your Internet account.

For more details please browse our FAQs http://nj.partypoker.com/deposit-options.html#

Important: You must quote your online account username, email address and bonus code if any with all cash deposit transactions at the Cashier Cage.

Please make sure your online account is verified and you will be required to show proper ID and account information to use this method.

If you have any questions, requests or comments, you can always contact us 24/7 via phone, email or chat.

Kind regards,

I think it is only the main cage that accepts deposits and withdraws.

Where is the main cage located?

It's kind of in the middle of Borgata, but If you can't follow the signs just ask security.

We have noticed higher than normal Visa decline through card issued by TD bank. We are investigating on this and in the mean time we request you to kindly contact CS for alternate deposit options.

can you deposit with a prepaid gift card on any of these sites?

The past two days I've deposited with ACH and it's taken mere seconds. Additionally, I've withdrawn with ACH and it's taken maximum 10 minutes to be approved. If only the poker software was usable and didn't lag out constantly (presumably because of geolocation) I'd be thrilled.

If I withdraw at the Borgata cage, can I get that in chips, or is the payout in cash only? Does it still take multiple days for approval? I am planning on playing there this Friday.

It's separate processes.

1. You submit the withdrawal request online. If this is your first time it may take a little longer. It usually takes a few hours if you have withdrawn before.

2. When you receive the approval confirmation, you take it to the left side of the cage. The person doing Online Transactions will check the code and your ID. They will give you cash.

3. You must go the the right side of the cage and get in line to buy chips. Or if you are going to play poker, you can buy chips from the Poker Room cashier.
