I have only gotten up to 3500 at a time using my visa card. It says I can do 10k but will not accept anything more than that. Echecks are hit or miss, I got 600 on first try and cant get anymore than that. However, echeck withdrawal was awesome, got it 3 days later. After the withdrawal was approved i got it in less than 24 hours. THis was all with TD bank.

Yea...it is a lot. I ran uber hot in a degen session of roulette on new years day and played 1/2 to 5/10 for 3 days and played like 9k hands and only got 120 of the bonus released. It is a lot for a recreational player to clear and I just gave up and cashed out.

Bonus Money is released in 10% increments (a deposit $20 is cleared in $2 increments, while a deposit of $600 clears in $60 increments). Each slab would be released after you have earned iRewards points 2 times the bonus amount.

Please find below answer to your questions:
If you have made a deposit of $600 then the Sign-Up bonus would be of $600 divided in 10 slabs each of $60.
Each slab would be released when you earn 1200iReward Points.
The bonus expires in 45 days.
Since the bonus is split into slabs, if you are unable to complete the restrictions in the 45 days period you won’t lose all of it. The portion (slab) for which the requirements have been met would be released your account.

I am also unable to deposit/withdraw via bank transfer. I was trying to transfer the min ($10) but it wouldn't allow me so that I could withdraw. After I put in all my information, it gives me an error message.

I recently saw a new deposit/withdrawal option on Borgata poker: the Borgata online prepaid card. I have a few questions about this:

1. Has anyone on this forum used this option - would like to here your experience.
2 Are there any fees associated with it - thought i read something about an annual fee for using this service somewhere
3. Can I use this card to deposit/withdraw at the Borgata cage?

We regret the inconvenience. We understand that you are trying to use one of the ACH options INSTANTECHECKS or iGMPAY to make a deposit and subsequent withdrawal. Those options are offered through Certegy Check Services.

Yes it can be used for both Deposits and Withdrawals through the Borgata poker/casino client. It comes with a physical Discover Card which can be used wherever Discover is accepted. Hence all your withdrawals can be used through his card.

Borgata Cage is a separate option which can be used currently to make withdrawals only directly from the Borgata B&M Casino.

Cage Wihtdrawals:
Minimum is $10
Maximum is $100K (Even the large Cage withdrawals would be paid out using cash)
The same minimum & maximum are applicable for echecks withdrawals too. However the maximum withdrawals are subject to internal rules at our websites, hence would request you to confirm with us before making any withdrawals for high amounts.

Party rep: What is the reasoning for not allowing deposits at the borgata cage? It seems this would solve depositing issues for people who are willing to drive to Borgata. Just seems like a no brainer.

2/20:14: requested same check by mail (never received)

4/4/14: deposited with e-check enabling me to do direct e-check wire into bank account

4/17:14 Spoke to customer service. Told my issue was being escalated. I demanded to speak to supervisor. Supervisor says that request has been denied and funds are allocated back into account.


I would have never known about any of these issues over there if I hadnt called 25 times in 2014. Their system never showed that withdrawals weren't received or processed correctly. This has been a nightmare of an experience playing on this website. I tell everyone I know about my issues with Partypoker and all of their disconnect issues and CS incoherency.

Will update upon next withdrawal request.

We see that the USPS tried to deliver the check to you on 11:34 am on April 24, 2014 however could not do so as you were unavailable. They also left a notice.
Request you to check the status using the tracking number at the USPS site below and visit the local post office to pick up the check.

Borgata does cache withdraws from Partypoker and Borgatapoker.com. You may have to request a cage withdraw through the client.

We find that you had requested the withdrawal through check by mail on 7-31 and it was approved and processed by us on 8-02. Please note that checks by mail take up to 7 Business days to be delivered to your address and the same is displayed when you request a withdrawal using this option. Thus you should have received the check by 08-12 failing which please contact Customer Service (Available 24/7) and they will assist you further.
