Signed up for one a few days ago, tried to load from Chase card , getting error.

Anyone have experience with them? Do we need to have both for both sites, or will one work for both?

Would be great if they worked on all sites.

Any stupid fees?

How about $3 a phone call. I accumulate $15 dollars worth of calls after they did not answer my emails.

not sure what youre talking about but if you have internet you could always make free phone calls using something like google voice.

Here is my story,
I order a card in early December. When you order a card to give you your account number right away so you can deposit and withdraw. I deposited 1k a week later figured I'd leave it there to the card showed up . About a month pass the card never showed up I made my first phone call to find out what happened to my card? After a couple of calls and some screaming I finally got an email from a supervisor he said he would send me out another card if I gave him the permission the next day I sent out an email okay send it ASAP. I sent out another email four days later to confirm that he got my email to send it out was it sent out? I've received no reply I haven't received the card up to date the worst part was they blocked my card so my 1k was locked up in the account. Yesterday I got them to unlock my account and transfer the money back into Party Poker and I asked for a check which I'm waiting for now.
1k turned into $ 985 because of the phone calls I've made trying to get a card.

Do you have to load anything on it right away or could you just order one to have it with nothing on it?

You don't have to load anything. The first month is free but its $3 a month after. Then pray they send you a card, im still waiting....

The pre-paid cards are separate for each site:
• Borgata – Borgata pre-paid card
• Party – Party pre-paid card
Both can be funded using the same Chase card however please ensure that the adress you registered for the Pre-paid cards is the same as the billing address on the Chase card. Request you to contact customer care of Pre-paid card : 877-220-3988 / support@loyaltycardplus.com.

Yes, they take it out of the money you load on the card. If you have a zero balance you account will become negative the amount they take.
On the plus side when I withdrew the 1 k from party it took only 4 hours for the money to load on to my account.
But remember I'm still waiting for my card in the mail. (Over 2 months)

So just to be clear, the Borgata card would NOT work on party poker. Even though it is the same type of card.

Also, on the link you provided I didn't see anything about being charged $5 to call them. The closest thing I found was this.

"You can check your Card balance for FREE online at theborgataonlineprepaidcard.com. Or get FREE balance alerts via email or by cell phone. You can also call Customer Service at 877-220-3988 and use the automated service."

This card is really bs. Not surprising they charge $3 per call. Are you kidding me that is the most absurd thing I have heard. Actually when I realized it was party I thought it was standard.

The fee is in the terms and conditions. Not saying it is right to be honest. I think they should refund your $15 because you did not get your card. That is fraud imo.

When you signed up did you have a different billing and shipping address? They sent my card to the billing address, not shipping.

After numerous calls and emails I have given up.
