If that is the case then the person who wrote the email this morning needs to realize that their email implied that this was in place of the free rolls.

As promised we will be running Party only freerolls to use your tournament entries from the Mission and Achievements promotion launched last year.

These will take place mid March - proposed date Sat 14th @ 3pm

We will have 4 levels of tournaments - entry is dependent on how many tickets you have as per below -

· $1500 *<3
· $2500 4-6
· $5000 **7-9
· $10000 10+

I will confirm all details in the coming week...

So here is where we stand after ONE YEAR & 3 DAYS since this thread was created. The question was posed originally even earlier.

The Borgata Online Poker Site has given us, the players that they wish to keep happy and healthy playing on their site, an Open Ended Bonus for One Month or 24 Days if you Opt IN on the last day of the offer?

It doesn't matter how many tickets you still have to either a $2500 or $5000 Free Roll. It doesn't matter that you have ALREADY QUALIFIED for the Free Roll(s). A Player must work toward the Bonus - 50 IRP's for $5 return. Is this correct?

Colette, we know you are the spokes person for only the PARTY NJ Site, but you do communicate your findings in the Party thread that relate to The Borgata Site. Since both sites are run under the Casino License of The Borgata, there is only one decision making "power that be".

Please communicate to them that this "half of the solution" is not a player retention home run.

Hopefully, The Party side of the solution is more viable and player friendly.

We continue to wait "patiently".

Let's Play, What do I get for MY tickets? You may fit into the examples below or have a combination of tickets that make up the potential pool you could have participated in winning.

Example #1 - < or Equal to 3 Tickets:
If a player is holding 1 - $2500 ticket = $2,500 Potential Pool (Minimum)
If a player is holding 3 - $2500 tickets = $7,500 Potential Pool
If a player is holding 3 - $5000 tickets = $15,000 Potential Pool (Maximum)

Will Play for One Time $1500

Example #2 - 4-6 Tickets:
If a player is holding 4 - $2500 Tickets - $10,000 Potential Pool (Minimum)
If a player is holding 6 - $5,000 Tickets - $30,000 Potential Pool (Maximum)

Will Play for One Time $2500

Example #3 - 7-9 Tickets:

Example #4 - 10+Tickets:

If a player is holding 10 - $5000 Tickets = $50,000 Potential Pool +++++

Will Play for $10000 Tournament Pool.

Players, draw your own conclusions based on how many tickets and potential opportunities you are receiving or missing based on this offer.

By the way, separating from The Borgata at this point is making the Promotion different. BUT, the two sites did share liquidity for this promotion. You could enter the Free Rolls and use One (1) ticket from either site.

Wonder if the Promotions Department that created this promotion is still employed?

Wow this "solution" is a huge disappointment. It's really sad to see how Borgata gives nothing to their own site's player base and they come up with a very poor solution for their Party side of the operation.

Palladinn spells it out well.

Party at least tries. I think they would be better off not being associated with Borgata. Borgata has the worst customer experience by far out of all the NJ sites. I have been playing pretty consistent last year and half and noticed they have by far the worst customer experience. Party should really try to break away from Borg.

I got an email at 1pm inviting me to log in and register for my tourney, but they haven't converted my FR tix to an actual usable ticket yet.

Still resolving? Then this comes from the Borgata side yesterday:

The right hand still does not know what the left is doing. In spite of not working together, we are expected to get excited about the April Tournament Series and give feedback. (See other thread).

By the way, haven't emailed Borgata support in months.

I won entry into the 100k point qualifier to be held on Sunday 3-15 @ 2:25PM. When I won the entry I was automatically entered into this tournament and I did not unregister.

I have a feeling that something happened to that entry when I was granted the ticket to the Saturday freeroll.

I emailed support, but haven't heard anything back yet. Can you look into it?

Were all 16 tickets for 2500 and 5000 freerolls? Or were some for the smaller freerolls?

I had 12 tickets, but less than 10 of them were for the 2500 and 5000 freerolls, so I'm reg'd for the T$5000 event this Saturday instead of the T$10000. I thought it was a mistake at first, but it's technically correct.
