Why do you have to send any payment at all to anyone, if you are already in the legal bankruptcy?
I thought, that trustee gets your salary except some fixed amount that is left for you to live.
How can anyone garnish your account, if you are in the bankruptcy? I mean the trustee deals with all your creditors. Or? Or are you scared that the trustee is going to go for your bank accounts?
Can anyone really garnish everything in your account at any debt stage?
Can you cancel the bankruptcy, if you are already doing it? Can you negotiate with property tax so that you don't have to pay the whole sum at once?
How long is normal bankruptcy, until all your debt goes away and how long would it take for you to really repay all your debt, if you don't gamble (I know, not going to happen, but it is an exercise to see, if the bankruptcy makes sense or not)?
And it is not so bad, if you are current on housing.
